Does anyone have a recipe for Gula Moyka. It is Finnish
fish chowder. Before I go and try to recreate it on my own
I figured I would ask the great chefs of netland. For those
wishing to whip some up without the help of a recipe it had
a milk base, butter, fish, onions, potatos, pepper and pickling
spice. I am sure there were other things in there as well.
