This thought reminded me of an idea which is real easy and helps dress up that lettuce/tomato/maybe a little shredded carrot, mixture which one eats as a salad this time of year. You add a little (maybe 1/2) of a PEALED grapefruit to your salad. All you have to do to make it easy to peal: Place the grapefruit on the counter an put the palm of your hand on it and roll it around, pressing gently as you do. Try to do this to all surfaces. This makes the skin come off a lot more completely. Now just separate the sections and run your knife along the edge where the seeds are. You can peal back the skin and have nice little chunks for in your salad. Enjoy... ~l /l /5l\ / 0l \ Annadiana Beaver / 5 l \ A Beaver@Tektronix /____l___\ ,,,,\__,,,_/,,,, "I'd rather be sailing" wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
