Or peanut butter and either sliced radishes or chopped raw
onions.  My husband's great love.

Sometimes he makes this a triple decker with toast instead
of bread.  He claims this must be eaten standing up, over
the sink.

Of course after he eats this, he is not MY great love--for
a while--especially if it was the onion variation.
