Not so long ago someone requested references to any Thai cookbooks.
A couple of responses were generated, but I didn't see this one, a
book I ran across recently but have not used.  I skimmed a few recipes,
and it seems to check pretty well with my limited experience with the
style.  Forthwith the info :
