Here is what they write about Avacados (pg. 472). CALIFORNIA FLORIDA market in winter market late summer and fall 3.125" dia 10oz 3.625" dia 16oz wt.(EP) (g) 216 304 Calories (Kcal) 369 389 (276) Protein (g) 4.7 4.0 (2.84) Carbohydrates (g) 13 27 (19.18) Fiber (g) 3.2 4.6 (3.27) Fat (g) 37 33 (23.43) Linoleic Acid (g) 4.8 4.3 (3.05) Vitamin A (IU) 630 880 (624) Vitamin C (mg) 30 43 (30.53) Thiamin (mg) .24 .33 (.23) Riboflavin (mg) .43 .61 (.43) Niacin (mg) 3.5 4.9 (3.48) Vitamin B-6 (mg) .91 1.3 (.92) Iron (mg) 1.3 1.8 (1.28) Vitamin B-12 (ug) 0 0 Calcium (mg) 22 30 (21.3) Phosphorous (mg) 91 130 (92) Sodium (mg) 9 12 (8.52) Potasium (mg) 1300 1800 (1278) In (), I multiplied the Florida value by .71 (=216/304) to give a fair comparison (equal weight). It is interesting that CA Avacados have more protein, more Calories, more fat and less Carbohydrates than their Florida cousins. Hope this answers your question. Nick
