Lines: 7 Intel's new secure EPROM has a supposedly good hardware source of random numbers built in. I don't think you can get at them yourself though, it generates one, encrypts it, and sends it out to be sure you really know the decoding key. I think it's based on random thermal variations but don't remember exactly how.
