Hmm, I've been using that one without thinking about it much for so long, I
can't remember a proper definition for it.  It implies inelegance, a bit of
dirtiness, possible unreliability, that sort of thing.

Anyone out there with a convenient copy of The Hacker's Dictionary care to
post the, uh, "official" definition?
