Since there has been some debate (in the form of private mail) as to
whether or not (my copy of) the Hacker's Dictionary is in the public
domain, I have decided that it would probably not be a good idea to
post or distribute it.  ..Sorry to all those who requested copies.
(It is available in book form at most book stores for a (very) few bucks..)
