I think that might be true. I am sure New Hampshire has its share of power- hungry let's-spend-all-kinds-of-tax-money-on-projects-we-don't-need politicians but look! They have NO income or sales tax! So the politicians there must be insane (for politicians) also! All those people to tax and they aren't taxing them! Maybe EVERYONE up there is insane!
