He drives a 1955 Buick and wanted to load it up with LOTS of car batteries to generate enough power for the AIRPLANE LANDING LIGHTS (the kind that light a runway from 2 miles out at 2000 feet.) that he wanted to mount behind the grill. If nothing else, it would teach them a lesson.
