Summary: Midway does not yet save games

As of yet, Midway does not save games.  The file save.c was to be integrated
into Midway one of these days.  It is actually the save and recover functions
from Rogue.  I don't know how hard it would be to install the save/recover
functions.  Perhaps somebody in netland has taken on to the idea of doing
the work.  (I sure don't have the time...  To much net news to read :-) ).
