As a general note to those of you out there who are curious about such things (scrolls and such that aren't blatently obvious), there is a way (if you are lucky) of determining what such mean. Once you get such a scroll (ie maniacal laughter) name it something like maniacal laughter!! Then, if you get another one, identify it.
