	Position Description:
	   Develop systems ATE software using C and Pascal.

	Qualifications:

	   Five years minimum experience developing  high level systems
	   software for test systems. This is NOT a test engineering position.
	   This individual must be familiar with modern software techniques
       	   and methodologies using high level languages.
	   This job requires close contact with system hardware designers.
	   Familiarity with digital and analog circuitry required
	   although no HW design experience is required.
         
	 MSCS/BSEE Preferred
	 UNIX,C, PASCAL
