A surgeon, an architect and a politician were conversing one day, and
the question of whose profession was the oldest came up.

          "Well," asserted the surgeon, "God made Eve from Adam's rib,
so I would say that surgery was the first profession."

          "Nonsense!" cried the architect, "God first created order out
of chaos - a magnificent feat of architecture."

          "Aaaah," purred the politician, "and who do you suppose
created the chaos?"
