In case your Arndt filter skipped over this article, check it out.  It's
serious and well-considered.  There's a reference to Dorothy Sayers in
it, but don't worry; where kids are concerned Arndt is smarter than
Sayers.

I've posted to net.sources.imaginary a mod that suspends the standard
dearndt(1) filter when you're in net.kids.  (As a command-line option,
of course.)
