I do not have a set of open-end wrenches, but I do have a set of pliers.
If I need an open-end wrench but use a pliers, am I using the best tool
for the job?  I don't think so.  If I had room to store a good set of
tools, and could afford to buy them, I would do so.  They are the right
tools for the job.
