Isn't the net for NET USERS? Really now. Are you joking? It's legal because there is no legislation which makes it illegal. Why on earth would any legislature pass a law to make it illegal for an organization to remove files from its own disks? The net is not "for net users". It happens to be used that way. The owners of any computer, through the system administrator, are free to control what is stored on their disks, and are free to limit newsgroups from arriving at their site, if they so wish.
