I would like pointers and/or comments on any polynomial factoring
packages.

Since the intended application is inverting Laplace Transforms,
packages specifically designed for this are of interest.

I am aware of the nature of the problem for degree higher than 4.

Please respond by mail. I will summarize all responses I receive
during the next two weeks and post the summary to net.math.
