VAX 11/780. Gee, I wonder how the microvax II will perform? Last rumors I heard were that DEC is projecting better performance for the II than for the venerable 780. And to think I'm about to shell out a thousand dollars for a PDP-8m with 8 kW of core (real core), two DECTAPE drives, a 300 cpm card reader, and two LA-36s. Hmmm...
