Summary: 

We appreciate questions on the PMMU and FPU but patent briefs have yet to
be completed and we cannot talk publically about details on the net.  This
is, of course, to protect Motorola's patent interests.

We direct dial into some sites for net mail services just to insure that
communications are not compromized.  When we do give out information,
such as a recent posting of MC68881 FPU times, we take care that nothing
is discussed concerning any patents in progress.

This is a hassle but please send questions directly and we will get to
them as promptly as possible. Thanks.
