In case you haven't guessed, I just started trying to do some pseudo-real
work on a Macintosh.  I'm using SUMacC and am hitting problems.

The documentation says you use cc68 to compile the file.  Hey, no problem.
It then says something about using rmaker to combine the binary with some
hex icon information in grow.rc.  Click.  Huh?  

Well, I found a few .rc and looked at them and got a little more confused.
Does documentation for this stuff exist or am I going to have to go for
the trial and error method?
