Subject: did anybody else buy the ``decipher'' puzzle?

My brother, with his usual good taste, got me a wonderful present. 
In a red sack is a golden puzzle, 2-sided, which has a cipher on it.
If you crack the cipher you win $20,000 or something like that. Well, 
I have assembled the puzzle and I am missing 2 pieces -- and worse,
I have lost the instructions. Since I think it is a book cipher, this is
disasterous...

So, did anybody else get one of these as a present? Has anybody solved it
yet? *Don't* tell me what the answer is, I want to do this, but I would
really like to get a photocopy of the instruction booklet and the contents
of the 2 pieces I have missed. And yes, the stores are all out of it...
