Hey guy.  Let me get this straight.  Are you advertising for a 'gay' roommate?
I sort of thought you just wanted people to pay the bills with you who don't
mind your being gay.

If that's the truth, why not confront them on the phone when they call.  You
know, ask them if they object to your alternative lifestyle.  That way you
don't have to agonize over an add or people in person.  I would think that
might be the solution to your problem.
