Summary: 

"The Creeping Terror" is not a bad SF movie; it is the worst one of all time
(this is from a person who like some pretty bad SF movies (bad by others
standard)).  Any movie that consists mostly of narration and non-lip-synced
dialog, a moster that is a walking carpet, and situations so totally
unbelievable must be the worst (that is, I have never seen another film that
screwed up as bad as this one did).
