I'm looking to buy a receiver
with [hopefully] the following features and for a very reasonable
price:

	* solid state (obviously)
	* 25-40 watts per channel
	* very low distorion when set at 12 O'clock
	* local/distance switch for FM reception 
	  (i.e., decent reception in central NJ)
	* 2 sets of speaker outputs (e.g., A and B)
	* other standard fancy features

If you are looking to disown yours [or someone else's] - call me.
If not but know of a good receiver on the market with the above
features for around $200 - please inform. [I know there are many,
but some must be more equal than others.]
