Here is a file that can be filled in with dx7 parameters for
creating patches.  Let's see how this works for awhile.
Some brilliant person might be able to do better.
Here's some ideas:
Create a C program that reads this file and creates MIDI data that
can be sent directly to the DX7.
Create a C program that reads MIDI data from the DX7 and translates
it into the correct parameters for this file.
Make it interactive so that changes on a screen automatically get
sent to the DX7.
