	Should we have a group "net"?  What happens if someone does a:

inews -C net

???

	Then of course someone will get pissed and issue a "rmgrp net".  The
result of course is net.* goes away!

	Maybe "net.general" should simply be "net".  You would save 8 bytes
on every posting to net.general.  Also a person could now post to the net
and it would go exactly there "net".
