It turns out that the guy who installed rn here is in the same office
as me so we got that strightened out pretty fast.  I got 8 responses
so far, all very concise and polite.  If you like you can cite this in
the future as an example of a request in one appropriate newsgroup
getting a better response than one blasted all over net.all.
