	Perhaps everyone knew it, but I didn't. We have been dropping
articles because we placed "all.all" in our sys file. Apparently,
"all.all" does not match distributions such as "net" and "usa", although
"all" seems to work. This "feature" seems quite adminstrator-unfriendly
although perhaps it is documented somewhere... (2.10.1, 2.10.2)
	Remember that tending the news system is lowest of the low priorities
on most peoples list.
