I would like to request that the traffic concerning operating systems
be removed from net.arch (where it does not belong!) and given there 
own news group.  The traffic of architecture articles is greatly
outdoned by the number of OS related articles.  When asked to move
their OS related stuff to elsewhere the offenders said (and correctly)
that no outlet existed for their heated debates.
