Folks -

Are there people out there that would like to discuss
issues related to Africa? In particular, I would like us to
discuss issues related to the following questions:

	1. Communication problems for Africa and how can we
	   solve the problems?

	2. Why is Africa not progressing technologically?

	3. Why is most African governments unstable?

	4. Are there solutions to the drought problems? If
	   there are, how can we influence the policy makers
	   in the affected countries?

	5. Other interesting topics.
