The goal of neurology is to explain human behaviour in terms of 
cellular activity. The goal of biology is to explain cellular activity in terms
of chemical reactions. The chemist is trying to explain all of Chemistry
based on the laws of Physics. Now Physists invent Quantum Mechanics so that
they can explain all of events in terms of an observing mind. The goal of 
neurology is to explain human behaviour in terms of cellular activity. The goal
