Colonel Roberto Santivanez, who headed El Salvador's intelligence agency for several years, also said the [Contra] officer, Ricardo Lau received payment of $120,00 for arranging the death-squad execution of El Salvador's Archbishop Oscar Romero." ------------------------------------------------------- This is the crud that President Reagan calls "the moral equavalent of our founding fathers" and "freedom fighters."
