I am looking for the Nebula Award anthology 17.  I
believe book 16 was edited by Herbert or Pournelle, and
book 18 was editied by Silverberg.  Could somebody please
tell me if book 17 exists at all, who the editor is, and
is it available in hard, trade or paper back form?
