I vote "yes!" for family planning.  To say that acquiring knowledge about
contraceptive devices leads to more pregnancies is ridiculous; how could
any rational person advance this argument?  I wish I'd seen the program,
I'm curious what was used to back this up.

Still more evidence that President Raygun is a dolt...
