The way I see it is that almost any living animal can give birth, but it takes love and understanding to look after and care for a child. This love and understanding is given by the parents who raise a child; it takes even more love and care to look after a child which is not ones own biological child. Much pain and heartbreak would be spared if adoption records were sealed (or preferably destroyed -- sealed records often find a way to be unsealed) and people were thankful for those that cared enough to become parents to someone elses child.
