Because:

    A) It encourages the driver to take part in the drinking (A *VERY* bad 
       idea).
    B) It is illegal in other states.
    C) Just because something is not illegal, dosn't make it a good idea
       (i.e. eating Sterno 8-)

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy drinking, and I enjoy driving, but NEVER AT THE
SAME TIME.
