I don't mean to nitpick, but four or five years ago, the section of the
Health and Safety code was changed to be 23102A, driving under the influence
of alcohol.  23102B is, I think, marijuana, and 23102C is the hard stuff,
what the State calls "narcotics" (but I'd question that term).  The foregoing
is provided for anyone who may be ticketed with a 23102(X) in Califoria and
doesn't realize what's going on.  (If you don't realize what's going on,
you're probably pretty drunk.)  0.5 :-)
