When you approach the 0.4% level of alcohol in your blood you lose consciousness. A blood- alcohol level of 0.6% will kill yo' ass. But I will have to agree with you on one point, 0.8% is definitely over the legal limit. Of course, if the mortician is smoking a cigarette while he is embalming your body, there is a substantial risk of your corpse exploding.
