I think you were right the first time.... ARG! The perversity of the Universe tends towards a maximum! I was unsure of the first figure, so I looked it up in the newspaper. Guess what figure the newspaper fouled up... Arg! Serves me right for trying to verify my figures, I suppose. Anyway, I am 90% positive the figure is .08%. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
