The belief is that if other forms of contraception are available, then that is the "green-light" for nookie. My belief is that present sex education does not go far enough. It does little more than explain what goes where. The emotional changes in youth can be just as great as the physical changes, and the average teen is ill-prepared (i.e. not unable) to deal with them.
