Being a woman myself, I much prefer being referred to as a woman than
a girl, a lady, a chick, or a broad.  C__T  doesn't do much for me, either.
If you are uncertain as to how to refer to a female type species, ask her.
I'm sure she'd be happy to tell you what she likes to be called.  Of course,
lots of females are just happy that you call them at all, and don't care what
you call them!
