My favorite fight scene appears in the original Khan episode.
Khan starts an overload in the engine room and Kirk must disable it
over Khan's objections.

Khan: "I have 5 times your strenght!"

Kirk (to himself): "Yes, but I have a control rod."

And Kirk proceeds to pound Khan to pulp with the control rod.
