Is the law not to visit Talos IV general order number 4 or 7 ?
I thought it was 4 but could be confusing it with the planet name.
The reason why I ask is because I just saw "The Menagerie" and I thought
the Commodore when showing to Kirk the file on Talos IV referred to the order
number as number 7.  Antone out there know for sure ?  Or does anyone
have the video ?
