Chris Robinson (Dr. Rick) is going to be allowed to continue working as
he serves his 4 month sentence.  He was sentenced to federal prison but
the judge modified his sentence so he could serve it in a guarded community
treatment center.

This is from todays (3-14) Chicago Tribune.
