Everything in sections 2 and 3 is implimented (including curses and the other external libraries). We have added some of the features of 4.1 BSD: vfork, ftime, dup2, the dbm(3X) library, among them. The 4.2 BSD directory compatibility routines are included as part of the sendmail code. (Yes, we have sendmail, too, as well as the C shell). Yes, it runs on top of (or "under") VM, and has facilities for interacting with other virtual machines, particularly other UTS's.
