                                SYSTEMS MANAGER




          Vertigo Computer Imagery Inc. has an established profile  as
          an innovator in the 3D computer animation field.


          To support our growing production and research  needs,  Ver-
          tigo  requires  a  highly motivated individual to assume the
          responsibilities of SYSTEMS MANAGER.  This position requires
          good  knowledge  and  experience  with  UNIX C (Berkely 4.2)
          operating systems within a DEC VAX, SUN, & SILICON  GRAPHICS
          IRIS workstation environment.


          The role involves,  among  other  things,  overall  software
          maintenance  for  the above systems, supervision of hardware
          maintenance, development of custom software tools and utili-
          ties,  providing operating system support, software documen-
          tation as required, responsibility for  all  software  secu-
          rity,  supervision and monitoring use and access to the sys-
          tems.  Good communications skills are required to coordinate
          efforts with various department heads.
