I'm looking for data-points I can run through a program to produce an outline
map of different sections of the world.  Basically, what I want is the points
necessary to generate an outline map of the U.S., Canada, western Europe, and
Australia.  I'd also like the state/province/country boundary lines demarcated.
I do not need any terrain information or anything similar.  I can develop
the programs necessary to generate the map.  I'm not looking for great res-
olution; I just want to produce something recognizable.
