DEC's vt240 and 241 terminals do lots of neat things:  you can
program the keys and compose characters.  Doing this is not real
easy without some program to send the proper stuff to the terminal.
Does anyone out there have such a program?  It would be real nice
to program all the function keys to do fun things.  Also, I could
make neat little smiley faces as individual characters :-)
