Does anybody out there have a solution for split ends? My long hair has been trimmed, soaked, and tweaked, and its ends are still split like the Beatles. I'm following my haircutter's advice and getting it trimmed every three months, and I'm using a 'prescription' (i.e. Redken) conditioner for fifteen minutes every wash. Are these simply placebos? Does anything work to limit split ends, or are they simply your hair's way of telling you that it's reached its natural length? Thanks for replying. -- Elizabeth Hanes Perry UUCP: {decvax|linus|cornell}!dartvax!betsy CSNET: betsy@dartmouth ARPA: betsy%dartmouth@csnet-relay
